The hybrid Balaman is air-powered with electronic controls. Auto-balancing controls used in the equipment, measure the load in real-time, ensuring that it always stays in a balanced state. With these advanced features, operation is switchless. Touch panel display is standard. The Ultra Balaman raises the bar for the new generation of manipulators.

Auto-Balance Control

1. Unlike pneumatic manipulators, processing with auto-balance allows the load to be continuously handled in a balanced state.

The load is weighed in real-time and the balanced state is maintained, even when picking up or placing a load.

2. Switching from one mode to another is not necessary as it is with pneumatic manipulators.

The workpiece is lifted simply through manipulation of the handle.

Not effected by changes in load weight

The effort to lift is continually updated in real-time using a weight sensor, allowing for effortless adjustment to changes in weight.

  • Processing can be done continuously while in balanced mode even when the weight of the workpiece is unknown or is random.
  • This manipulator is especially suitable for operations where items or processes are added to the workpiece and balanced mode must be continually maintained.
