Simply supply compressed air to start using the Pneumatic Balaman. When lifting with the Pneumatic Balaman, the built-in air cylinder balances the workpiece. Heavy, bulk items can be easily moved and lifted. Since the workpiece can be touched and moved while it is in the balanced state, handling of the workpiece is effortless.
We offer a wide variety of main body types to meet many customer specifications.

The Pneumatic BALAMAN has two control methods.

1.Regulator Control
Regulator Control

This control method is available in balance mode only.This control method is mostly suitable for production environments that demand a short cycle time for continuously transporting the same product.

  • A workpiece of preset weight can be instantly lifted by simply operating a switch, and then handled in balance mode.
  • This control method is available in balance mode only.
2.Double Control
Double Control

This control method allows for workpieces of various weights to be handled.

  • You can use the equipment in two modes, crane and balance.

In crane mode, the workpiece can be raised or lowered by using switches.

Safety Features
  1. Even if there is a loss or interruption in air supply, the position of the workpiece and arm will be maintained.
  2. Even in the worst case scenario when a load is dropped, a safety feature prevents the arm from springing back.
  3. Our wide variety of end-effectors have an interlock circuit for safety.
