The Electric Balaman (electric manipulator) with vacuum pump is not compatible with explosion-proofing.
It would be possible to install it in an explosion-proof environment if you can support all air by selecting a unit with air system and a vacuum for the ejector unit.

What is the usable temperature range?
The temperature range in which you can use Balaman is between +5° and +40°.

Yes. We take various anti-dust measures based on the level of cleanliness that the customer desires. We have sold Balaman models with anti-dust measures built-in and can respond to cleanliness test requests.

As Balaman is to be used indoors, do not use Balaman outdoors and places exposed to rain and sunlight.

It depends on the voltage, but it should be possible by attaching a transformer.

What is the air consumption of the Pneumatic BALAMAN (pnueumatic manipulator)?
It depends on the frequency and details of the work, and the model. Please see the catalogue and outline drawing for a rough indication of the specifications.
What is the required air pressure supply at the primary side?
The air pressure should be higher than 0.49 MPa (5.0 kcm2).
Some models require a pressure higher than 0.54 MPa (5.5 kg/cm2). You can use a pressure booster when the air pressure is low.
How can Balaman be fixed in place?
Balaman can be fixed to the floor, from the ceiling and mobile on the floor.
What is the maximum lifting weight of Balaman?
Balaman can lift up to 375 kg.
What are Balaman's features?
